These terms apply to quotations, sample orders, stock supply, custom production, and distributor purchases from KECHOO through kechoo.com and related English sales correspondence. A written quotation, order confirmation, or proforma invoice controls if it conflicts with this page.
Quotations and orders
Listed catalog sizes are invitations to request a quote. They are not a binding offer until KECHOO confirms price, quantity, specification, lead time, and shipping in writing. Custom lengths, special tooth forms, OEM packaging, and unlisted applications require written confirmation before production or dispatch.
Specification responsibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming blade length, width, thickness, tooth pitch, blade technology, and machine compatibility. KECHOO can advise from the information you supply. We do not accept liability for a blade that was ordered to an incorrect length or tooth pitch supplied by the buyer.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment method, timing, and any bank or platform charges are stated on the quotation. Production of custom blades may require payment or a deposit before welding or packing.
Shipping and risk
Goods dispatch from China unless the quotation names another origin. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; they depend on production, packing, carrier, and customs. Risk and Incoterms follow the quotation. Destination duties and taxes follow the customs and duties policy unless the quotation states otherwise.
Returns and quality claims
Returns, shortages, transit damage, wrong specification, and quality claims are handled under the returns and refunds policy. Custom-made blades are not returnable except for KECHOO error or a confirmed quality defect.
Limitation
KECHOO’s liability for any claim connected with a blade supply is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected goods as confirmed in writing, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept unlimited consequential-loss claims arising from machine setup, coolant, feed/speed, or an incorrect specification supplied by the buyer.
Law and contact
Commercial disputes are handled first through the sales contact on the quotation. For contract questions, write to [email protected].
