Bandsaw blades are specification-sensitive. Confirm length, width, thickness, tooth pitch, blade technology, and machine fit before you approve a quotation.
Before dispatch
If a quoted specification is wrong, tell us before production or packing. Catalog sizes can usually be changed; custom welds may already be in process.
Standard catalog blades
Contact KECHOO promptly if goods arrive damaged, short-shipped, or materially different from the confirmed specification. Provide the quotation or order number, packing photos, blade-label photos, and a description of the issue. Approved cases are handled by replacement, credit, or refund according to the original payment method.
Custom blades
Custom-length, special-tooth, OEM, and other made-to-order blades are not returnable unless KECHOO supplied the wrong specification or confirms a manufacturing defect.
Quality claims
Blade-life and cutting-result claims need evidence: blade photos, tooth and weld photos, machine model, material, section size, speed/feed, coolant, and break-in method. Do not discard the blade before the claim is reviewed. Machine setup issues are not treated as product defects.
