What we confirm on each quote
- Dispatch estimate after specification and quantity are agreed
- Packing method for coils or welded loops
- Available freight options for the destination
- Whether shipping is included, extra, or to be arranged by the buyer
- Documents needed for customs clearance
Lead time
Catalog pages show typical dispatch windows for listed sizes, such as 5–7 or 7–10 business days from China. Custom welding, special tooth forms, and OEM packing add time. The quotation is the binding lead-time statement.
Destinations
We regularly quote Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Other destinations are reviewed case by case. If an online checkout method is not configured for a country, request a freight quotation instead of forcing a dead checkout.
Import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and local fees are normally the buyer’s responsibility. Read customs and duties before you confirm an order.
